Every year for the past 3 or 4 years I make a few trips to spread the love in Cleveland, TN....one of my favorite places on the planet. Why? It's like the Truman Show (to me, anyway). The people there (quick disclaimer : of course my perception of ALL of Cleveland is strictly based on the relationships I have with the client's I work with) are awesome. They seem so driven and motivated and in love with their families and they love art and good food and good music and well, heck...I just really enjoy being around them.

This is the family that started it all. They know one of our great client's here in JC, saw their pics and decided to come up and have some made for themselves. This whole thing started because of that first session. I've enjoyed this relationship more that words could ever express. They are now great friends and still amazing hosts to me on an annual and sometimes semi-annual basis. A blessing for sure.

About this session : We decided to go to her families dairy farm...still a working milking farm. All of the daytime images you'll see are where Lara (the mom) was raised. She used to drive that old truck, the old boarded up building was once a store and the laughter that you'll see is totally indicative of their daily family life.

I think it rocks that they were so willing to stand in all that poo to make some pretty incredible images! Love you guys. See you soon!
